50 weeks

Today Sophia is 50 weeks old. I can't believe that in 2 weeks she'll be 1 year. I'm sad that the baby stage is quickly coming to an end. Before having Sophia I remember our friends with kids telling us the baby phase goes by so fast..I never believed them until we became parents ourselves. Isn't that the way it always goes though?

This morning Sophia showed us her newest trick...crawling down the flight of stairs backwards. I couldn't believe it! Where on earth did she learn this from?!

Jeff came home yesterday with the weight of the world on his shoulders. Some possibly rough times are coming our way and I am fearing for our future. I'm just praying that God guides him and takes care of us no matter what situation we end up in. The positive of this possibly difficult situation is that we could end up in the US sooner rather than later just not where we had hoped.

I can't believe Sophie is going to be 1 soon!!! Where does the time go? I am sorry to hear about your hubby and the situation you guys are in. I will pray that everything works out soon for you :-)

Me either! The baby time is almost gone :(

It's not easy when you run your own company and have a recession to deal with. I'm hoping he can pull through this rough patch. Thanks for the prayers, Jen! They are much needed and appreciated!

During my most stressful moments, I try to remember that I at least have somewhere to go. No, it wouldn't be ideal to lose the house and everything, but at least my family wouldn't end up on our butts in the cold.

I'm holding good thoughts for you, girly.

I will be praying for you guys! Things are going to get rough here soon. Cam will be losing his job at the end of this year/beginning of next. We are trusting the Lord to take care of us and will do the same for you guys!

Serenalily - are you April in a new disguise?!

Thanks Jenny. I'm so sorry to hear about Cam and his job. Things are not easy for anyone right now..wonder when that stimulus package is going to start working?!

I'm thankful that Jeff still has a job. Hoping it stays that way! You're in my thought and prayers as well!
