Y'all or Ya'll?
Growing up in the south I always thought you spelled ya'll like ya'll! It wasn't until I moved north (to Vancouver) that I learned that other people spell it as y'all. Frankly I think it's a southern word..isn't it?! So of course I'm going to stick with the spelling as ya'll :) How do you spell it?

Yes... it's definitely a southern word and they're totally spelling it wrong;)
I spell it as y'all. Here's why-- when using contractions, you're supposed to put the apostrophe where you are missing letters. SO, you all would become y'all. Is that WAY too proper? I've seen it both ways, but I always spell it that way.
